Welcome! We are imperfect people learning how to love, and accept the love of a perfect God.
Our goal is to introduce every person we meet to this loving God and a loving community full of real people striving to live out the most important mission of all to “Love the Lord with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind…. And to love your neighbor as yourself”.
We are committed to doing what we can to help you along your spiritual journey and look forward to building a strong spiritual community with you!
Head over to our Visit Us page and let's start this journey together.
What We Believe
There is one God who is revealed to the world as the father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)
Jesus the Son of God, is our one and only Lord and Savior, that he was crucified as a sacrifice for our sins and rose from the dead after three days. (Acts 2:22-24)
The Bible is the Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit. (2 Peter 1:19-21)
A person is saved by the grace of God through faith in Jesus. (Romans 3:23-25)
People repent and are baptized, their sins are forgiven, they receive the Holy Spirit and are added to Jesus’ Church (Acts 2:38)
While salvation is based on the grace of God, disciples of Jesus have a responsibility to love God and others as Jesus stated. (Mark 12:28-30)
Paris and Zainabu Cunningham serve as the Lead Minister and Women’s Ministry Leader for the Mercer County Church of Christ. They have been married since April 2011 and have a son and a daughter. They have served in Ministry for over 10 years. They were on staff as Campus Ministers in The New York City Church of Christ.
In 2017 God made it clear for them to move and to lead the Mercer County Church of Christ. They are excited and looking forward to being used by God and seeing all that God will do. The Cunningham’s believe their purpose is to serve God and His people. They also believe being active in the community and investing in our next generation.

Can I just show up?
Yes! No need to call ahead. We have plenty of room and we would love to have you attend one of our worship services.
How should I dress for church?
There is no dress code at our worship services. Our attire is as diverse as our church members.
What about my kids?
Bring them! Each Sunday Service has age-appropriate children's classes for your kids to enjoy. The classes are held at the same time as the worship service. Teachers in the classes are selected members of our church who have to pass a screening process before being able to teach. Each class has an age appropriate curriculum that encourages the children to learn about God in a fun and exciting way.
Do I need to know the Bible to attend?
Nope. Just as you don't need to be in shape to go to the gym, you don't need to be a Bible scholar to attend church. We love the Bible and train our members to teach others. If you'd like to learn the Bible, just attend a service, visit a Bible Talk, or email We can help you.
